App Description
The biometrical app “iRecognize” implements our original technology of Hand Recognition to protect your personal data (passwords, credit card numbers, PIN codes, etc). Compared to similar applications, the competitive advantages of “iRecognize” are listed below:
1. A simple, one-tap procedure for enrollment and verification. No need for special hardware (biometrical sensors).
2. Choice of either hand, palm up or palm down, whole hand or part thereof.
2. Non-dependency on lighting conditions. Access protected data is always possible by following simple instructions (“False Reject Rate” close to zero).
3. Extremely secure:
- Your data cannot be accessed by anyone other than yourself (“False Accept Rate” practically equal zero).
- Biometrical data is always concealed, meaning no-one else can know what image of the hand has been used. As such, it is almost impossible to crack the system by using a fake (a picture of the hand instead of a live hand).
- "It just works". As such, unreliable text or gesture passwords are not required as alternative ways to access the data.
