This free, top-of-the-line player allows you to download, keep, and organize the
Health Journeys audios you choose from our extensive library of guided imagery
and meditation audio programs.

Simply use the passcode we email you in response to your order, and you can
effortlessly download and save your programs into this app.

The HJ Player has exceptional sound quality and is designed as a smooth, clean,
fast Apple style player that allows you to scroll, touch and gain immediate access
to the segments you want.

Known for quality since 1991, Health Journeys audio programs are carefully
researched, written , narrated and produced to the highest standards - scored by
the exquisite music of composer Steven Mark Kohn, and recorded by Bruce Gigax,
sound engineer for the Cleveland Orchestra.

The Health Journeys collection features work by nationally acclaimed masters in
the mind-body field - holistic health pioneers such as Belleruth Naparstek, Andy
Weil, Traci Stein, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Emmett Miller, Julie Lusk, Martin Rossman and
many other notable practitioners.

Other advantages to this app:
• It consumes no bandwidth once your tracks are downloaded.
• It comes with a timer that can turn the player off after an interval of your
choosing.
• The timer can alert you by playing 30 seconds of either music or beeping.
• It comes with a flexible repeat button that allows you to manually replay the
audio mid-track, post-track or at the end of the program.
• There is a rewind button that will operate continuously when held down.
• It provides a host of proven tips on how to get the most out of your guided
imagery experience.

Remember, when an icon for any function is white that means it’s operating. When
it shuts off, it turns gray.
