App Description

Mussila DJ is the next kids app in the musical toolbox from Mussila and is aimed at children aged 6-11. It encourages them to explore music with tools to create their own musical soundscape and remix existing songs. Mussila DJ comes with a set of songs, loops, beats and nature sounds which kids can add to by recording their own.
Capture sounds from the environment and voices through the microphone and add them to the collection of vinyls and loops. Layer them for a live musical performance and vary the speed and volumes - and scratch - like a real DJ!

About us:

Rosamosi makers of Mussila and Mussila DJ was founded in Reykjavik, Iceland, by Margrét Juliana Sigurdardottir, a DipRAM postgraduate from the Royal Academy of Music in London, and computer engineer Hilmar Thor Birgisson. With grants from The Icelandic Technology Fund and Nordic Game Institute, they took off with a talented team of friends and colleagues in early 2015. Rosamosi believes in music making being part of our everyday lives and that music education should be available for everyone.
Rosamosi is a part of Kids App Collective, a unique group of award winning app developers from across the globe.
