Improved in app Notifications
1. Users are notified on their boards list screen whenever a board is updated, a new comment is submitted, or a new member is added.

Changes have been made when a New Member is added
1. When a new member is added to a board by a board owner, their contact Family Name and given name is saved by our service and displayed to other board members. Out policies and terms have also been updated to reflect these changes.
2. Each boards member list is also accessible whenever a user posts a comment.
3. When a new member is added a subset of all the member names are included within each board preview.

Extensive Optimization improvements have been completed.
