App Description

My Dose Coach™ is designed for adult patients who have type 2 diabetes and who have been prescribed and are taking a once-daily long-acting basal insulin by their healthcare provider. My Dose Coach enables the tracking of your fasting blood glucose level and is intended as an aid to provide dose recommendations for the adjustment of your long-acting basal insulin dose based on your healthcare provider's plan to help you work toward your target glucose level.

Important Information
My Dose Coach is indicated for single patient use for adult patients with Type 2 diabetes who have been prescribed and are using a once-daily long acting (basal) insulin. My Dose Coach is a tool that calculates a dose change based on an individualized dose plan the healthcare provider has created. My Dose Coach is not intended to replace the healtcare professional's care or advice. Patients should talk with their healthcare team if they have questions about their treatment.
