The team that first brought you MIDI over Bluetooth, and both MIDI and audio over an ordinary sync cable, is blazing the trail again! The Apple TV does not have built-in support for MIDI; we have developed a new low-latency connection between your Apple TV and either a Mac or an iOS device.

When linked to MidiTV Host on a Mac, or musicIO on an iOS device, MIDI clock message and song position information can be sent to the Apple TV automatically. This app will display the beat and measure.

If you're working with in a music studio, and want to have the beat and measure displayed remotely from the DAW -- this app is exactly what you need.
