Based in Brentwood, Essex. At SX you can expect a friendly atmosphere and a creative and fun approach to training. We cover the most effective and up to date grappling and mixed martial arts techniques suitable for self defence and competition. As you train with us you will be encouraged to develop and create your own unique style, be it for competitive grappling/MMA, self-defence or just for fun.

All fitness and experience levels are very welcome. Who ever you are, you will be respected and have your individual goals understood at our club.
