MINUTES BREAKDOWN
This app displays your Heart rate that it gathers every few minutes.
WHILE SLEEPING
Get minute by minute data of your Heart rate while sleeping, detect any areas of concern and analyse your sleeping pattern.
WHILE EXERCISING
You can see your entire Heart Rate while exercising, along with your Max. and Min. to see if you were within range the whole time.
REQUIREMENTS
This app requires the health app, which gets its information ideally from the Apple watch, or other wearables.
