The Enforce Health app is designed specifically for law enforcement as an educational tool to enhance physical, emotional, and nutritional health. We take the newest and cutting edge research on health and nutrition, break it down into plain language, and briefly present it as a means of helping you improve your health. The app provides brief, concise educational articles on health as well as short podcasts with law enforcement experts, medical professionals, and experienced officers discussing issues related to health. As the app expands, we will also add additional information and health tools you can use to make decisions about your health.
The app is designed for law enforcement by law enforcement professionals, so it is catered specifically to the needs of those serving. We skip all the psychobabble and politically correct garbage so that we can bring you the facts as they apply to the cop on the street. The information is delivered in a way that allows you to learn quickly and get the facts without thumbing through the research. We do it for you!
About Us
The developer and manager of this app is Dr. John Azar-Dickens. Dr. Azar-Dickens is a Licensed Psychologist and patrol officer. He also has an educational background in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Thus, he has the educational credentials in conjunction with the practical experience on the street that is needed to deliver this content to law enforcement. Working with other professionals who either are law enforcement or who work directly with law enforcement, we strive to provide the most useful and practical health information police officers can use and integrate into their daily lives; both personally and professionally.
