App Description
There are times when all of us need to inform or reassure our loved ones while we are traveling, to remind ourselves of the travel time, and sometimes even calling for help.
Sending messages to inform others of our departure, our travel time or arrival is sometimes restricted, often forgotten. What if you didn't have to think about all of this? What if all of this was automated? And finally, what if it was all simpler?
Some travel can be sensitive or difficult: traveling through a rough part of town, in a poorly lit street, in an unfamiliar country or city. And what if you could easily capture the attention of those around you? If you could inform your family about your unease and your location? What if you could do all of this with one action?
Safone is the personal safety application that successfully meets all these needs!
During your departure, simply enter your destination and choose your loved ones. Everything else: leave it to Safone! The app automatically informs your loved ones about your departure time, your estimated travel time, and your arrival time!
In an unsafe situation, one simple action transforms your phone into an alarm, attracting the attention of those around you, and sending an alert to your loved ones!
Safone is a free app! Its use can be extended through a subscription, starting at 2.49 euros/month.
Safone does not follow your location or your live route, tracking is impossible! And you are the one who decides when to whom you transmit information related to each trip.
Disclaimer
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. In order to preserve your battery, the app checks every 30 minutes if you are still on your way.
