California Road Charge Pilot Program OdoCheck is the official mileage reporting app for participants in the California Road Charge Pilot Program, specifically those who have enrolled with the State Account Manager for the "Odometer Charge" reporting method. OdoCheck lets you easily capture and report verified odometer readings as required by the program. ** NOTE: Using OdoCheck requires that you have already enrolled in the California Road Charge Pilot Program.
