When you first start up the app, it will download the latest data for offline use. Depending on your Internet access, this may take up to 60 seconds, after which the app will be available offline. The app will then update automatically every time it’s opened (if any updates are available).

The app requires access to:
- Push notifications: to provide you with news & special offers
- Contacts: so that contacts from the app can be imported into your address book
- Telephone: so that you can call us direct from the app
- GPS: so that you can use the app for navigation
