App Description

12 Minute Run, also known as the Cooper test, is a popular running test used to assess aerobic fitness. The objective is to try and cover as much distance as you can in 12 minutes!

»»» Determine your basic level of fitness with the 12 minute running fitness test! «««

FEATURES:
» Allow the app to automatically track your distance and route with GPS
» Analyse your run from your vo2 max score
» Run in either kilometers, meters or miles
» Get two results per run; your distance after 12 minutes, and the total distance you have ran
» Create a playlist and listen to music on your device whilst on your run
» Audio announcements at the start, half way through and end of the 12 minutes
» View your expected running distance for your age and sex and set your own personal target

As the result from this test is based on the distance covered, you can run or walk.

Note: Please be aware that 12 Minute Run uses GPS in the background to track your route as you are running. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
