If you think wisely and creatively and by the means of the business rules, than you will achieve to make money out of a good idea. And who is quickwitted and thinks of something that the market is missing, you will make a profit out of it. The market is always missing something, you just need to notice what is that. But, a good businessman has to think of more ideas and options and to spread its business views. That is a risk, but the risk creates profit, isn't it?

Tourism is the field in which one has to be creative all the time. When you follow the needs of tourists, you have to be creative and invent things that will keep their attention. That is not an easy thing to be done at all. Because it is not simple thing to fulfil people's wishes and needs. Today is the time of the alternative tourism. People love to go on a mountain and on deserted places, in some villages where you can taste different dishes and specialties, ride horses or jackass, visit intersеting monuments etc.

Our main character for today's game is Spencer. He is well experienced businessman that works for thirty years. His hotel chain makes him one of the most influential businessmen in the field of tourism. He decides that it is about time that he enters some novelty in his business. He decides to buy an old farm and to make a villa where he would accept guests that would enjoy the village tourism. For that occasion, he comes on a farm that is pretty much devastated. His idea is to buy it completely and to find the best location for his Villa.
