App Description
The use of the application form in the questionnaire facilitates data collection and scoring of measurement with the simple use of a Tablet.
The results are exported to a spreadsheet that allows objective measurement of quality of life in relation to varicose disease.
This tool allows immediate use of the questionnaire in any environment, whether in private practice in phlebology services or research.
The questionnaire has 26 items and displays statistical calculations designed to evaluate and compare groups of patients.

2) performance of activities of daily living
3) time of day that the symptoms are more intense
4) changes regarding the disease in the last year
5) psychological impact
