App Description

Nutrition Consult is a version of NutriCare which was designed to focus on the nutritional consultation. In this version the nutritionist can quickly and easely address all the needs for the patients during a consultation (assessments, diagnosis and nutritional conduct).

The application allows you to collect anthropometric information, physical activity, clinical information, signs and symptoms and will present the main nutritional indicators like BMI, several classification equations of nutritional state, growth charts for children, charts for pregnant women, ideal weight, body fat and recommended calories.
Based on all the data collected and the diagnosis presented by the application, the nutritionist will also have information of recommended energy intake and can set the nutritional conduct for the patient.
 
With NutriCare you have all the information of your patients in one place with quick access, easy to view and understand.

- Diagnosis - All results are calculated by the application using specific methods for each patient, with clearly and easy to understand charts. Includes: Nutritional state classification (FAO, WHO, Frisancho, Must and others), body fat (Jackson & Pollock, Lohman, Lean, Guedes, etc), ideal weight, growth charts for children, pregnant charts, etc.

- Nutritional Conduct - shows the calculation of the energy needs (GEB, VET) using FAO / WHO and DRI also allows you to set nutritional recommendations and distribution of VET at main meals, macro and micro nutrients
 
- History - presents in the form of a table, side by side, the results of the last consults, allowing you to compare the evolution of the patient
 
- Report - generation of reports in PDF with charts. Allows you to send to the patient

Fully OFFLINE, does not depend on internet connection. You can include your name, signature and logo to display in the report that is sent to the patient.
