App Description

Note: This app requires both Apple Watch and HealthKit to measure your pulse.

Nightmare Alarm monitors your heart rate while you sleep, and gives you an automated voice call if it exceeds your threshold.

If you have noticed that your heart rate spikes to high levels during the night by using apps like Sleep Pulse 2, Nightmare Alarm will allow you to wake up when this happens, and determine out what it was you were dreaming about, allowing you to calm yourself before going back to sleep.

For best results, have your watch setup to ring and vibrate when incoming calls are received.

Nightmare Alarm may also be helpful for individuals suffering from sleep paralysis. In some cases, it may succeed in waking these individuals if they experience an increased heart rate as part of the condition.
