Football coaching is science nowadays. A science that has been taught to coaches all over Europe to increase the awareness of old bad habits, and integrate the vital principles of empowerment, fair play, respect, equal opportunity into coaching young players.
The beauty of Jordan United Football Academy (JUFA) is it puts all players on an equal footing regardless of their social standing. It ends the traditional coach’s monopoly on decision-making in favor of empowering the players to make their own decisions. Most of all, it focuses on raising confident, responsible citizens that excel in football as well as all aspects of their lives.
The Academy fully sponsors the U16 and the U18 football teams. We do our recruiting from Jordan United Soccer School or school teams or even a football public park. Also we have tryouts which are held twice a year.
