Game Rules:
Brain Dead is a five reel, thirty pay lines casino slots game with a zombie Outbreak free games feature, HeadShot Wild 2X to 4X multipliers, and multiple scattered Brain Wilds. The Outbreak Free Games Bonus (triggered when 3 scattered Outbreak Logo symbols appear from left to right) features 10 free games with an average 5X zombie multiplier, in addition to any 'HeadShot' multipliers won. Free games can be triggered again during free games.
Game Center integration means you can invite your friends to play and enjoy Brain Dead! Or, use the off-line, personal player tracking tool to track your session winnings and gauge your line sets.
