A simple app to help you track your progression at the gym.
A map of the body indicates in bright red the muscle you worked on today, and slowly gets darker each day. After 7 days, it turns to complete black.
Set a title for the exercise (optional), weight, sets, and reps. Try to increase these over time to see muscle growth!
