V4's latest update introduces the Maestro class to the MMORPG

V4, Nexon's newest MMORPG has been updated today with its third class since launch. Alongside that, players can expect to find new gear and a bunch of events with a plethora of rewards on offer.

The Maestro makes use of an enchanted sword and pistol to deal damage. The Rapier will be their main weapon whilst the Magishot is a sub weapon. In addition to dual-wielding, the Maestro can switch between Indignant and Composed stances to choose between brute strength or more precise attacks.

There's also new gear to be found in the latest update. The first is Runes, which can be used to improve defence stats by giving a character 1 of 5 random traits for each enhancement from +6 enhancement. They can be picked up from the V4 shop.

The second new piece of gear is Crests. These can also bolster defence alongside crit damage stats. You'll be able to find them in the Arrogant Plains, Despaired Forest and Land of Evenfall warzones in Lunatra, which requires 50,000 combat power or higher.

In terms of events, there will be a Costume Giveaway that will net players a free Rare Costume simply for logging into the game. Meanwhile, the Red Gem Festival Event will give players various rewards depending on how many Red Gems they've spent since the game launched last year.

V4 is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
