I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #7801) in the state of North Carolina and a Distanced Counseling Credentialed Counselor (DCC #1281). My credential provided me with the training to provide confidential video and phone counseling in an effective and ethical way.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental place where you can explore your feelings, and express yourself freely. I believe in looking at you as a whole person and how other pieces of your life can be impacting your emotional health. I am genuine with the clients I work with to help build an honest working relationship.

I have a Master’s Degree in Education/School Counseling from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY in May 1995. I have 17 years of experience in varied school and community mental health settings with children, adolescents and adults. I have individual as well as group counseling experience. I have experience, training and supervision in helping clients with anxiety, anger, grief, depression, stress, relationship challenges, ADHD, and trauma.
