Welcome to CrossFit 447
CrossFit 447 was started by 2 firemen that are very passionate about crossfit and want to share that passion with others. The journey they started a few years ago took them to places they never dreamed possible. they were able to make great friends along the way. Not only did crossfit help them with their own careers as firefighters it has encouraged others around them to go for their own dreams. Some have their eyes set on competitions, others on physical demanding careers such as law enforcement and oilfield, others even want to become crossfit level one trainers. While others just desire to be healthy and fit. The methodology and programming that is crossfit is designed to fit everyones lifestyle irregardless of fitness and health goals.
