This app seems to be an addicting game. Run the app, give it to someone that you want to scare and tell them it's an amazing game. While your "victim" starts to play, a horrifying image with an equally terrifying sound effect will jump out on the screen without warning.
Make sure you turn the volume up and the run the game before passing the phone to your "victim".
