A lot of people start to learn an instrument but get turned off when they are forced to practice scales, memorize music theory, and practice DUN DUN DUN classical music. Although I love classical music (and scales!) I know that what you want to get into is MUSIC! Any not just any music, but the FUNK. You want to start playing your favorite songs! That's where I come in - I worry about the transcription process, and then break down your favorite songs note for note, so you can play them, practically at any skill level.
