Get a sneak peak at our exotic-aerobic classes (Pole Dancing, Chair Flair, Exotic Moves, Twerk It, Cardio Striptease) and dance fitness classes (Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao) as well as our toning and strengthening classes (BLT Boot Camp, Hip-Hop ‘N Heels, Boot Camps).
