Your Progress Tracker
Input your weight, and it is displayed on a discrete graph that shows your progress towards your target. You will be amazed to see how far you’ve come!

Your Daily Dashboard
Displays your caloric and nutritional intake each day, and is populated by your Diary entries. It includes a simple countdown towards your total calorie goal.
