Bubble Pic Frames creates stunning collages of picture bubbles on a background of your choice. Pictures cropped as circles float on the background you choose like REAL bubbles, thanks to the in-built physics engine. You can simply drag these bubbles and rearrange them the way you like it in your collage.
What differentiates this app from other collage apps like BubbleFrame and PicStitch is that it does not create static collages, but the physics engine makes the picture bubbles dance around to the tune of gravity!

Create a captivating collage within seconds in 3 simple steps:
1) Select background: pick a cool in-built pattern from 100s available, or just a plain color, or another picture.
2) Select picture: take a new picture or select an existing one from the library, crop the picture, edit it with effects, add text, stickers, etc.
3) Start adding bubbles: You can add as many bubbles as you like, pinch to re-size and move them around to create your collage.
