At EmblemHealth, we make our employee's health a priority. Our focus for this app is to provide you with the most convenient, up-to-date technology to get the most out of your workouts! Set and track goals, get access to facility programming, set up training appointments, add classes to your mobile calendar, and check into your community social media page to stay motivated! Access these features, and more, all from the palm of your hand!
We'd also like to introduce you to our facility. We have created a state of the art fitness center with a variety of cardio and strength equipment that will keep you engaged, motivated, and entertained! Some of the new pieces we've added include Technogym Kinesis, LifeFitness Synergy 360, an indoor rotating climbing wall, and a Nexersys Boxing system! This is the time to sign up and get moving!
