The Model My Lifestyle Meals app requires a monthly auto-renewing subscription plan, for $2.99 per month, with a 7 day free trial included.

The subscription is auto-renewable. This means that it will automatically renew unless you go to your account settings to manage your subscription and turn auto-renew off. If you want to stop your subscription from auto-renewing you should do this at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in account settings in the App Store after purchase.
