WRC23 is the official mobile app for ITU World Radiocommunication Conference 2023 (WRC-23) taking place from 20 November to 15 December 2023 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This mobile app allows you to:

- Display meetings by day, title, working group, & agenda item for easy attendance.
- Participants - see who is at the Conference.
- Follow discussions through webcast/audio.
