Flexible On-demand transport for Isle of Wight and registered users of Southampton Dial-a-Ride.

Simplify your bus travel in the west of the Island and in Southampton with your new journey planning companion, FYT and SCiA Booking . The user-friendly interface will help you to plan your journey in advance, easily find the nearest stops, receive live updates on bus locations, book a journey and receive confirmation. With accurate arrival predictions and detailed route information, FYT and SCiA Booking takes the guesswork out of your commuting and make travel a breeze. The app makes use of real-time information for journey planning which helps the passengers to traverse the zone efficiently with the minimal carbon footprint.

Using FYT and SCiA Booking is quick, easy and convenient. Once you have created your account, you will see our two operating zones in which the service is offered, “West Wight FYTBus “ and “Southampton Dial-a-Ride”. If you select WestWight FYTBus, you will be able to select your pick-up and drop-off stops either from one of the main or virtual bus stops which will cover the service area.

If you select Southampton Dial-a-Ride, you will be required to enter your registration number with Dial and Ride, Southampton. You will then be navigated to the journey planning page where you will be required to select your destination, pick up time. Dial-a-Ride is only available to members of SCiA , Southampton. If you are not a member and would like use the service you will be required to contact the SCiA offices at 023 8036 6663 or visit their website for more information.
Once you have selected your destination, FYT and SCiA Booking will group similar passenger requests together so that vehicles can best serve those locations. You will be able to track your vehicle in real-time from 30 minutes before you are due to travel which will help you to avoid long waits ensuring a stress-free travel experience. You will also receive confirmation of your booking and any fares to be paid on board..
FYT Bus operates from 1300 to 1630 from Monday to Friday.
Southampton Dial-a-Ride operates from 0900 to 1600 from Monday to Friday.
