EX® Duo gives you a free, premium coaching experience to quit smoking, vaping, dipping or chewing tobacco – for good! EX Duo puts an EX Coach in your pocket for on-the-go confidential support throughout your quit journey.

*Please note: Your EX account gives you real-time access to a certified tobacco treatment specialist EX Coach. The EX Duo app is only available to eligible, registered users with an active sponsor (such as an employer or health plan).

With the EX Duo app, you can:
