App Description
If there is one parameter in the whole world which we have to master , that will be pH , but this is the only thing which is mostly ignored by all of us.
pH is a parameter which indicates your Acidity or Alkalinity Levels. Acidic is prone to Diseases and Alkaline for Well Being and Health.
pH can be measured from 1 to 14 scale OR in terms of Acidity and Alkalinity Proportions too!
myPH app helps you to track and maintain your pH in a very simple way.
myPH app v1.1 features include.
1) Record whatever you Eat or Consumed in a click of a button. You will be provided with a default list of 230 common foods of different pH values and Acid/Alkaline Intensity
2) View Summary of your Current Body pH and the types of food you are consuming regularly
3) Take a pH test which will find out whether your body has more acid or alkalinity
4) Ability to add more food items to the list.
5) Set/reset reminders of hourly/daily/weekly/monthly frequency
6) Share your summary via Facebook/Twitter/Email
Acidic environment is the breeding ground for all Diseases like Obesity, Bone Pains, Ulcers, Cancers,Depression, Unhappiness etc. , so it is in our best interest to maintain alkalinity.
