Kaption. It's what your photos have been missing.

The app that lets you add captions, filters and special effects to your photos and share them with friends and family, or the world. Add your thoughts, stories, and jokes your photos and adjust the color to fit your mood. After you've captioned your photo and/or "enhanced" it with one or more of the nearly 50 included filters and special effects (think Sepia), you can share it with Facebook, Twitter, text message, or email -- in just a single click.

If you don't feel like sharing one of life's special moments, caption a popular meme like Philosoraptor or Bad Luck Brian. We've included two dozen of the web's most popular image macros for your enjoyment. And if generic memes are too mainstream for your taste, you can put a huge border around it or change the caption font size, color, and alignment.

Don't feel like creating your own kaptions? Browse kaptions submitted from around the world. You can optionally automatically upload your kaptions to the feed; once they're approved by a moderator, the world can enjoy your masterpiece.
