DePaul basketball is proud to bring you the official app of the Blue Demon basketball program. This app contains insider information, never before seen videos, pictures, highlights, and little known facts about one of college basketball’s all-time winningest programs. Blue Demon fans who download this app will get a behind the scenes look at Allstate Arena, home of the Blue Demons, the Sullivan Athletic Center, which is the nerve center of DePaul basketball, and even Centennial Hall, the newest addition to university housing where DePaul’s student athletes live.
This is the app to discover everything you would want to know about Chicago’s college basketball team. For example, did you know that head Coach Oliver Purnell was an assistant for Team USA at the 2004 Olympics, and coached LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Tim Duncan? Or that Coach Purnell has already turned four basketball programs into consistent winners? From all-time greats like George Mikan and Mark Aguirre, to big name Blue Demons of the 80’s and 90’s such as Terry Cummings and Rod Strickland, to stars of today like Wilson Chandler and Quentin Richardson, DePaul has produced NBA talent through the generations.
