Recommended caloric intake and spending for achieving calories and weight goals. Charting. Hundreds of options to choose from predefined dishes database to calculate intake calories. Hundreds of different activities or exercises to choose from for calculating energy spending. Your old calories burned calculator is still there via “Daily Exercises” option from the menu, so, you will be always having your old favorite calories burned calculator.
