App Description
County Connect is a real-time mobile civic engagement app for Harford County residents. County Connect provides a free and simple way for people to use their Smartphone to report community problems such as graffiti, potholes and snow removal. A picture is worth a thousand words and County Connect makes it a snap to connect to your County Government.
