This is the Lite version of our simple and fast tool for converting numbers between binary, decimal, and hexadecimal formats. This version supports 4-, 8-, 16-, and 32-bit conversions. Decimal numbers can be entered as signed or unsigned integers and all hex and binary entries will be converted to both signed and unsigned integer formats
