App Description
A dictionary is necessary when learning a language. The Illustrated Chinese-English Dictionary application includes picture dictionaries that introduce more than 1,500 vocabulary words divided into 15 themes. It has been carefully designed to emphasize words deemed most useful in daily life by Chinese teachers, and is thus an effective aid for Chinese learners.
**72 Illustrated Topics**
This application includes 15 themes covering 72 illustrated topics.
**More Than 1,500 Words**
Words are selected from frequently used vocabulary, such as daily accessories, foods, restaurants, city life, hobbies and interests. The application also includes vocabulary related to Chinese culture, such as Chinese cuisine, costumes, medicine and holidays.
**Pronunciation Practice**
With the recording function, users can orally practice each vocabulary word. They are able to not only compare their own pronunciation to the proper one, but also memorize the new word better after saying it aloud.
**Personalization**
Users have the ability to make their own Word Bank, in which they store the words they feel are difficult or they would like to review in the future.
