App Description

Alhamdulillah, it is with great pleasure for Zoosware to bring to the iPhone and iPod Touch users another Islamic application called "IQRA".

The content of this application suits the usage for both adults and children respectively.

Insyallah, the objectives of this application are:

1) To get children to learn the Arabic alphabets by heart and to practice them daily.

2) To help parents to follow the development of their children in their Iqra study.

Each alphabet has sound and transliteration to assist in remembering the pronunciation of the alphabet.

Instructions:

Single tap on the alphabet to hear the pronunciation.

Single tap on the transliteration to toggle between the different forms of the alphabet (i.e Independent, Initial, Medial or Final) where applicable.

Swipe to browse through the entire alphabets.

In the Review mode, double tap on the alphabet to switch to the Trace mode.

In the Trace mode, user can learn to write the alphabets by tracing on the outline provided.

User can Shake the iPhone to erase.

Double tap on the alphabet to switch back to the Review mode.

In the Review mode, rotate the iPhone to landscape view to get to the Quiz mode.

In the Quiz Mode, user can double tap to hear the recital of the alphabet shown.

User can swipe to see the next random alphabets.

In the Quiz mode, rotate the iPhone back to Portrait view to get back to the Review mode.
