App Description

The Moneder business business management app, using the Moneder loyalty platform, is an App designed to be used by all municipalities that adhere to the platform for the benefit of local business.

This means that all businesses, current and potential, of any city council, association or entity affiliated to the Moneder platform will be able to use it to make sales and enjoy the benefits that its implementation implies, as an alternative tool to the current intranet.

You can use the App as long as you have access to data (or you can fill out a form and sign up for it). Users (establishments) will have, among other options, access to the list of customers who have bought their respective businesses, the movements they have made and many ways to identify them in order to enjoy the benefits of promotions and campaigns that each entity can have in place.

For example via identification document, telephone number or name and surname or via loyalty card, gift or preloaded (with barcode or QR code).

However, as a user, you can also consult the available balance of a specific customer, after identification, of the store itself or consult the details of the last sale made.

By registering as a business, they gain access to their establishment profile, and to the use of all currencies and campaigns that their entity may have in operation with their respective configurations.

However, in order to register as an establishment, in some cases it is essential for the Moneder platform to provide some personal data in order to guarantee control of the management and the information contained therein. It includes, in order to be able to regulate its use if necessary, as well as to undertake the agreed actions to continue boosting the sales of the establishments of the different municipalities. These personal details may include some such as NIF, business name, tax name, address, email and password …

The data provided by the establishments when registering are subject to conditions of use that the establishments themselves accept when registering in such a way that they are informed about the purpose of the registration and what use will be made of it. They are also needed as a means of dissemination, to build loyalty and stimulate the purchases of citizens always for the benefit of local trade.

This App, using the Moneder loyalty platform, is an App designed for both shopkeepers and citizens and, in general, all the municipalities that are part of it, through the common effort to keep the local trade alive.
