For the Small Groups App release, Pastors and CLs will have access to Small Group Profiles and all features related to Groups. They will be able to access Group Information, make changes, create notes, add or remove participants, approve or decline Group Forms and accept or decline Interested Participants applications.

App Description

Small Groups App 2.0.0 has been created for Saddleback Pastors and Community Leaders to track and improve their relationship with their Small Groups Hosts and take care of Small Groups. Users can view and manage CLs, Groups and Hosts information in the App. It can also be used as a communication platform to make phone calls, send emails and SMS (which will be logged for future reference).

The App is intended to be used as a personal agenda to leave notes on profiles, create contact notes, set reminders, keep updated Group Profiles and receive notifications if there are any pending action items.

From within Small Groups App, you can:

- List of Hosts and CLs from each Campus

- Access to Host, CLs Profiles
- Search, Sort and Filter on Lists

- View Personal Info

- View Group Info

- Assign CL to Host

- Assign Pastor to Host

- Communication Features (Phone Calls, SMS, Email)

- Create Contact Notes (Create a record of all Communications)

- Access to Contact Log (Access Record of all Communications)

- Create Notes (Leave Notes on Hosts and CLs)

- Access Notes (Access Notes created, if permissions apply)

- Set Reminders (User will be able to set reminders on Contact Notes and General Notes)
