YOU will not use this app. You will set it up for a family member or friend who has trouble using their iPhone's phone app. (Perhaps an elderly relative keeps deleting their phone favorites list by accident and can't figure out how to add them back.)

Go into the Settings app and look for Phone List Five. There are ten fields that you can use to enter up to five name/number pairs.
