Every nation is known for its culture and every culture is known for its Art, Food and Music. This sums up Persian (Iranian) Cuisine.
My name is Keivan Kazemi, my passion for life has always been through food, music and art. In the past twenty years I have been fortunate to be involved in many international Persian (Iranian) Art, Music and Food projects for many galleries and restaurants from Middle East, Europe and America involving Persian (Iranian) Art, Music and Food.
I have launched some of the best Persian restaurants and decided that it is time to bring it all together and launch my own Persian hub of food and culture.
As a child, when I went to the village to visit relatives during the holidays with my family, it was a time when I was able to see, taste and feel the culture of my heritage. Watching my grandparents, aunts and uncles preparing and cooking together in outdoor kitchens where we could all see what is happening, smelling all the wonderful aromas that surrounded me. These memories have inspired me all my life, it was a wonderful show and I was very lucky to be a part of it.
This is why I have opened up my kitchen at Bamanoosh which translates, “to come and enjoy with us”, so you can see and experience the aromas and taste the food of my culture and heritage. Come and see the food being prepared in our open plan kitchen and feed all your senses with recipes that are over a thousand years old at Bamanoosh.
Among the many restaurants in the UK, Persian restaurants really shine. A quick look at the reviews of the customers of these restaurants shows everything; high and excellent food Quality, pleasant restaurant environment, polite and customer service with smile, are the characteristics of Bamanoosh restaurant. Also, among different restaurants in the world, Iranian restaurants are less criticized or not criticized at all. Traditional Iranian food that is several thousand years old is cooked in the most modern restaurants and is ready for delivery. Iranian kebab is famous in general and in particular. These delicious and healthy foods are suitable for all tastes (people with hot or cold taste) because kebabs have a mild nature. Words do not add anything to the value of Iranian restaurants in the UK, these restaurants have gained their credibility not from words, but from doing the right thing. In Corona, that even the most famous restaurants are closed, Bamanoosh restaurant is working and serving customers by observing health protocols. This outdoor restaurant has an experienced staff, head chefs who are proudly accepted in the best restaurants in London.
Last inspection in 15/09/2020, a 5 score out of 5 has been assigned to Bamanoosh restaurant by Food hygiene rating, even the best restaurants are not able to get such a point (The importance of food health and customer health, the importance of variety in the quality and taste of food). This restaurant has divided its starters into hot and cold, an issue that many restaurants are not aware of, and this shows the importance of the experienced staff of the restaurant to different tastes.
