When it comes to takeaways then founder Waj Hussain ought to know a thing or two - having worked in them for the last 12 years. The family run business is known for its quality food, fresh dough pizzas, fast collection and reliable delivery food service. With an unrivalled variety of dishes on our menu, from a range of curries to match any specialised Indian restaurant, to pizzas, burgers, kebabs and chicken. Our menu caters for all our customers from a value selection of meals, deals for all the family to specialised dishes designed to satisfy the hungriest of appetites. With fresh ideas on the menu too, adding a new twist to traditional recipes. Galaxys has been nominated as one of the best in the area for its quality food and service by the online service. Our open plan kitchen is always immaculately clean, you can see your food being prepared and cooked fresh using the finest ingredients and freshest herbs and spices. At Galaxys we have always been awarded 5 stars for food and hygiene for the last 14 years, “it’s something the whole team are very proud of.” Apart from the quality of our food our team is trained to ensure each customer is satisfied with not only the food but with the best customer service from the moment they step inside the takeaway or place their order by phone or online. In addition to running a great business team Galaxy’s are proud to be working with the local community and take great pride in helping numerous charities over the last 12 years and continue to do so. Recognised by Barnsley council, Team Galaxys have been awarded the Hoyland Star for their ‘Community Business Contribution’ and ongoing support towards many charities.
