Many of us are finding ourselves working at home from our Macs. Parents doing office work, kids doing homework are increasingly finding themselves sitting in front of their Mac in their own room for long hours. It does get kind of lonely and boring.
Now you can use Houseclub to communicate with your family on their Macs on your local network.  
No complicated logins. No call establishments. Just keep Houseclub running and when you want to talk, simply push the talk button and all the Macs on your local network which are listening will hear you.
The app has been built with low latency and includes state-of-the-art echo cancellation and silence suppression. Only Macs on your local network can join this communication channel. Also all your audio data only passes on your local network. We think this is a better and more private way to communicate in your home - and not through some big corporation's central server - who may be tracking or logging you.
