Designed for your busy lifestyle, The Health Center at Hudson Yards, an affiliate of the Mount Sinai Health System in New York City, has a team of concierge providers specializing in primary and urgent care, physical therapy, behavioral health, gynecology, dermatology, cardiology, nutrition, and more. Plus, a team of Personal Health Navigators to assist with scheduling, referrals, billing, and more.
To access the integrated care team and use the app, you will first need to register as a member. You can register within the app or at www.healthcenterhudsonyards.com. Annual Employer-Sponsored Essential memberships and individual Premier memberships are available.
Members receive care from a state-of-the-art health care facility at Hudson Yards or virtually from the comfort of their home, with:
Same and next-day scheduling with appointments that start on time
Extended primary care hours, including weekends
