The first step, often the most boring part, is learning the grammar. You have to be able to construct sentences and in every language there are rules and situations that change how these sentences are constructed.
Once you have a grasp on sentence construction, the next step requires learning as many words as possible.
This is the toughest step that requires a lot of patience and consistency, this is also the part where polyglots excel.
So how do you learn new words? Well there's no easy way to do this. Regardless of how you learn new words, you'll most likely be translating words to your native language before you can understand and learn new words. This is where Translinguo helps.
Instead of writing down new words and trying to memorize them, whenever you translate a sentence, the sentence is broken down into individual words. You can easily identify unfamiliar words and select them to learn.
When you gather enough words, you can do quizzes to test your knowledge of each word.
