This app helps you to reach your fitness goals, by empowering you with tools to visualise and fine-tune your progress. It is designed to guide you towards more effective and balanced workouts, regardless of any limitations of ability, time, space, or equipment.

This app tracks your daily workouts and activities, and helps you maintain an optimal training balance of different exercises. It was designed with serious athletes in mind, but it can be customized for a broad range of fitness goals, suitable for everybody in every situation.

Whether you are a runner, dancer, yogi, footballer, gym fanatic, pole dancer, or meditator, this app can be customised to your individual activity routine.

Based on your progress, the app can also give you daily tips, motivation, and reminders. However, you are expected to know your own discipline, and what makes up a healthy and safe exercise regimen; this app will only help you to stay on your own path.
